Generally, the goods are packaged in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before delivery. The photos of the products and packages will be showed to you before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
We support multiple delivery terms including FOB, DAP, CIF, DDP, and EXW.
Q4. Can you produce according to samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures required for production.
Q5. What is your sample policy?
We provide samples for approval. Typically, 1 or 2 samples are free of charge, but customers need to cover the courier cost initially, which is refundable upon placing an order.
Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
Yes, all goods undergo 100% testing before delivery to ensure the highest quality standards.
