What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Usually, the MOQ is 100pcs per type. If a custom color box is required, the MOQ is 200pcs.
What is your standard delivery time?
It takes 1 to 5 days for in-stock goods and 15 to 30 days for items that need to be manufactured based on your order.
What are your terms of payment?
T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will provide photos of products and packages before you pay the balance.
Can you produce products according to samples?
Yes, we can produce based on your physical samples or technical drawings, including building necessary molds and fixtures.
Do you test all goods before delivery?
Yes, we conduct a 100% test on all products before they are dispatched to ensure maximum quality.
